A great example of using up all the space available in a great way. Spring is a great time to take advantage of bright colors! There are Lanterns & umbrellas with a mix of tangerine & candy pink.

Using towels, paint and an umbrella. This really shows great color flow. I noticed this advertisement a block away so they really met the goal of catching the travelers eye. 

- COLORS - Nordstrom

Location: Westfield mall in Nordstrom elevator waiting room

I came across this in the least expected places of a department store, in the elevator waiting room! Great way to make use of empty space. This is a great example of attraction. A successful display that uses little props as possible while at the same time attacking your eye from a mile away. Color, contrast and simplicity. This reminds you that you don't always have to get complicated in order to make a successful window.

Marc by Marc Jacobs... fun, whimsical and really going outside the boundaries when it comes to displaying a mannequin.

- ARTISTIC - Anthropologie

Location: 880 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94102

If there were a god of creativity... the Anthropologie team is made sure to be one of the first to be blessed. Their visuals are incredible every season, every year! Fresh, new and innovating.

Front Left Window (above).

Taking wine corks to a new level. Coloring the tips and forming into a collaborated mural slightly resembling Australia. I'm not sure if that was on purpose. The bottom tip of the mural forms into a little fountain. Incredible...!
Inside the store, Front left window display facing store out to street (above).

The window display literally comes out into the store from the ceiling to the ground. Strings and sculptured wine corks placed together and painted to look simular to a willow tree. Amazing...!

The Willow tree (above) up close and lifelike. Coming out of the window display and making you feel as if you really were inside a story book.

Behind the top floor register and also above the stair case leading to the bottom floor of the store (above). The golden gate bridge! Not JUST any bridge, but a bridge made out of paper, wire and wait for it... Rice Roni!! Murals against the wall and collaborated within the bridge... it may not look huge but this sculpture takes up 1/5 of the top store. Really took me by surprise.

There is a lot of paper themed within this store. Here, there are 3 large lights dangling down made of white paper. They each have their own style and drape very well. On the wall is a framed blue canvas with paper dolls pinned against it. Really creative. Everything flows very well.
Back wall directly across from the stair case (above).

A bed display of their newest designs. Attached to the beautiful wrought iron is carefully placed strings of either cotton or wool to finish off the simplicity of this display. Really ketches your attention. Also looks very time taking. Beautiful.
Bottom floor next to the stair case (above).

A train! Yes... a train. Strings of cut out paper made to look like puffs of smoke are attached in order to make the train look lifelike. Its just as big as their entire register bar.

WOW.

There's lots more going on in the store... that I highly suggest anyone to go have a look themselves. Really worth the visit!!
